A second-generation dentist, Dr. Lesh carries forward a family tradition of excellence in patient care. He earned his doctorate from the University of Washington School of Dentistry and is passionate about delivering exceptional dentistry through advanced techniques and personalized attention.
Dr. Lesh is a strong advocate of biologic dentistry, an approach that prioritizes the overall health of the whole person, not just the teeth. Biologic dentistry focuses on using biocompatible materials, minimally invasive techniques, and treatments that support the body's natural healing processes, recognizing that oral health is deeply connected to systemic health and overall wellbeing. With this philosophy as his foundation, Dr. Lesh combines holistic principles with cutting-edge technology, including laser dentistry, full-mouth rehabilitation, and advanced restorative procedures, to create treatment plans that are as health-conscious as they are effective. Meet Our Team
Lindsay - Office Manager
Lindsay brings almost 20 years of experience in the dental field to the Dream Dentistry team. She began her career as a dental assistant before discovering her true passion in office management, where she thrives on keeping practices running smoothly and supporting both patients and team members alike. A proud Washington State University graduate, Lindsay has lived in the Pacific Northwest her entire life. In 2023, she and her husband settled in Kalama, which brought her to Dr. Lesh and the Dream Dentistry family in the summer of 2024. Lindsay and her husband have three grown sons -- one proudly serves as an EOD Technician in the United States Army, another works in the automotive industry, and the third is currently a junior at Western Washington University. They also have a grown daughter who is pursuing her education locally. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and exploring the outdoors with their Border Collie, Zion. Lindsay feels truly fortunate to be part of such a compassionate and dedicated team and is committed to making every patient feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.
Mandi - Assistant Office Manager
Mandi brings over 20 years of experience in dentistry, having started her career as a dental assistant before transitioning into front office leadership. A lifelong Longview resident, she joined the Dream Dentistry team in 2014 and has been a cornerstone of the practice ever since. Mandi is passionate about patient care and takes pride in helping people feel comfortable and confident throughout their dental journey. She finds great fulfillment in building lasting relationships and supporting patients in achieving their healthiest, most beautiful smiles. Outside the office, Mandi loves spending time with her family, including her grown son, teenage daughter, and beloved grandkids. When she's not at work, you can find her paddle boarding, clam digging, enjoying summer BBQs, or relaxing with friends and loved ones.

Jaylee - Registered Dental Hygienist
Jaylee graduated from the dental hygiene program at Clark College in 2022 and has been an integral part of the Dream Dentistry team for the past 4 years. She brings a gentle touch and genuine enthusiasm to every appointment, and her patients' comfort and confidence are always her top priority. Jaylee lives in Longview with her partner and their two dogs, Margo and _____, who keep life fun and full outside of the office. She is known for building real connections with her patients and has a gift for making even the most anxious visitors feel right at home.
Desiree - RDH Registered Dental Hygienist
Desiree has been providing compassionate, thorough dental care as a hygienist for over 10 years, having graduated from dental hygiene school in 2015. She genuinely loves helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their oral health, and that dedication shows in everything she does. A proud resident of Toutle, Desiree and her husband own AE Print Co., a local screen printing business, and together they are busy raising their three children, ages 11, 5, and 3. As a family, they love spending time outdoors camping, riding dirt bikes, and exploring in their side-by-sides. Desiree brings a calm, friendly energy to every appointment, and patients appreciate her gentle touch and genuine care.
Darci - Dental Assistant
Darci has been a dental assistant for 20 years and has been part of the Dream Dentistry family for 6 years. She still brings the same passion and joy to her work as she did on day one, and her favorite part of dentistry is connecting with patients and helping them feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. Darci is a proud mom to two grown children and recently became a grandmother to the sweetest little girl, who brings endless smiles to her days. When she's not at the office, you'll find her crafting, fishing, or soaking up every moment with her granddaughter. Her warm personality and dedication to patient care make her a treasured part of the Dream Dentistry team.
Tilonnie - Dental Assistant
Tilonnie has been a dental assistant since 2012 and brings over a decade of experience and an infectious energy to the Dream Dentistry team. She joined the practice a little over a year ago and has already made herself an absolutely irreplaceable part of the office. If there's one thing patients and coworkers agree on, it's that Tilonnie can make anyone smile -- and not just because she's a dental assistant. She has a natural gift for keeping the mood light, never takes herself too seriously, and is genuinely one of those people who seems to be in a good mood every single day. Tilonnie lives in Toutle with her husband and their 20-year-old son. When she's not at work, you'll find her traveling or soaking up every bit of sunshine she can find.
Colleen - Dental Hygienist
Colleen is a Kelso native who graduated from Kelso High School in 1985. She knew early on that she wanted to be a dental hygienist, but life had other plans first. A move to Texas introduced her to her future husband Danny, and together they built a life and raised three boys -- Bryce, Ryan, and Nolan. She set her career goal aside for a season, and 20 years later, in 2006, she came back and made it happen -- earning her degree and stepping into her dream career as a dental hygienist. Colleen loves teaching patients how to care for their smiles and understands the connection between oral health and overall wellbeing. She has a gift for putting nervous patients at ease and making kids actually enjoy their appointments. She genuinely treasures every patient who trusts her with their care. In her spare time, Colleen enjoys family, church, friends, and painting pottery at Glazy Dayz.
Christine - Front Office Coordinator
Christine is a wonderful new addition to the Dream Dentistry team! With six years of experience in dentistry across both clinical and front office settings, she brings a well-rounded understanding of patient care and the dental experience from every angle. She is passionate about making sure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and confident in their care from start to finish. When she's not at the office, Christine enjoys spending time with her husband, bonus son, and their three cats. She loves the outdoors -- snowboarding, golfing, hunting, and fishing -- but also appreciates a slower day playing bingo, tending to her 20-plus houseplants, or hunting for treasures at garage sales. She also runs her own mobile notary business on the side, which she truly enjoys.
Jenny - Dental Assistant
Jenny is a wonderful new addition to the Dream Dentistry team! She grew up in Kelso and graduated from Kelso High School in 2001. She began her career in dental assisting at age 21 and has been passionate about it ever since. What she loves most about her work is calming nervous patients and helping transform their smiles. Jenny and her husband Ian are kept busy by their three daughters, Kallie, Peyton, and Katelynn. In her free time, she enjoys camping and spending time outdoors with her family -- and in the summer, you can almost always find her out on the water.
Michelle - Dental Hygienist
Michelle is an exciting new addition to the Dream Dentistry team! She grew up right here in Longview and graduated from Mark Morris High School before going on to earn her degree in dental hygiene from Yakima Valley College in 2012. What Michelle loves most about her work is making personal connections with her patients -- getting to know their families and what they enjoy outside of the office. That genuine care is something you'll notice from the moment you sit in her chair. When she's not at work, Michelle can be found out in her yard gardening alongside her two Australian Labradoodles, Riggs and Rizzo (who take their supervisory roles very seriously). She has a self-described obsession with dahlias and peonies and believes there is no such thing as too many flowers. She also loves to travel, including frequent trips to the East Coast and South Carolina.
